This study aimed to determine the policies in lending money by Alay Buhay Community Development Foundation Inc. Furthermore, this study suggests knowing the extent of implementation of policies in lending and collection of money as well as in customer relation. The respondents of this study were the four (4) employees of the organization and One Hundred Ten (110) selected members in Rodriguez, Rizal. The descriptive Survey Method of research was used in the study with the questionnaire checklist as the instrument utilized to gather the appropriate data Frequency, Percentage Distribution and Ranking was used to determine the profile of the two groups of respondents and Mean was used to determine the extent of implementation of policies in terms of lending of money, collection of money and customer relation. One way ANOVA was used to determine the significant difference between the policies in lending money by Alay Buhay Community Development Foundation Inc. and the profile of the two groups of respondents. T- Test was used to determine the significant difference among the perceptions of the two groups of respondents.
