The operation of Rellenong Bangus Processing was conducted at 007 Kamagong St. Commonwealth Ave, Quezon City It was started on July 28, 2011 and terminated on January 30, 2012 and for the Rose Production, it was conducted at # 29 Canlaon, St. Amityville Subd., San Jose, Rodriguez Rizal it was started on August 2, 2011-and ended on January 30 2012. The project was chosen by the proponents to generate income, to produce Rellenong Bangus and Rose and to introduce rose production and Rellenong bangus project in the community The major project was Rellenong Bangus Processing. The first and second cycles were operated with thirty one point two kilos (31.2 kls) of Milkfish. The needed materials like basın, chopping board, weighting scale, knifes, spatula and refrigerator were already available. Milkfish, flour, green and red bell pepper, carrot, onion, garbanzos, white sugar, egg, black pepper, iodize salt, Monosodium Glutamate, meat, oil, garlic and catsup were bought at Commonwealth Market. All activities were done by the proponents from purchasing, removing the flesh of fish, deboning of bangus, preparation of ingredients, refrigeration, frying and packaging. The project fish processing earned a total gross sale of eight thousand four hundred (P 8,400.00) The total expenses were six thousand sıx hundred sixty two pesos and twenty centavos (P 6,662.20) earning the net income of one thousand seven hundred thirty eight pesos (1,738.00) with a return of investment of twenty six point eight percent (26.08%).
