520 _aThe purpose of this is study primarily aimed to determine Time Management Practices Management of Working Students in University of Rizal System Binangonan. The study was basically a descriptive method which used to determine the profile and respondents perception on Time Management Practices in Terms of time limitation, time attitude and understanding of needs. The researchers personally distributed the questionnaire-checklist to the 48 working students in University of Rizal System Binangonan to test their perception regarding this study. The data collected were interpreted and analyzed through statistical treatment such as frequency, percentage and rank distribution with respect to their profile in terms of age, gender, Year level, student status, academic status, company, length of service, work position, Furthermore, One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was employed to determine the significant differences on respondents perception on the Time Management Practices of Working Student in URS Binangonan with respect to Time Limits , Time Attitude, Understanding of Needs. The results revealed that the majority of the working students in University of Rizal System Binangonan are in the age bracket of 18-21 Years old because this is the typical age of college students also young but just on their legal age for the said job, Young working students value their time differently from older students. This is because the former may not be fully aware of their responsibilities. However, they are willing to be trained, more disciplined and more patient; many were female because usually front liners or assigned in the counters also have good communication skills when it comes to dealing with customers. Majority were Business Administration students because the campus flagship program is Business which composed of Human Resource Development Management, Marketing Management, and Financial Management; 52 percent of them are working in fast food chain since these companies offering part time suited for working students;Most of them are rending service for 3 Years and below because Many of the fast food chain employed working students on contractual basis The study showed that there was no significant difference on the respondents' perception on time management practices of working student according to profile, it means managing your time doesn't required age, gender, course, company, length of service and work position also the following profile doesn't matter in performing their task and duties as a student also as a worker. With respect to the respondents perception on Time Management Practices of Working students in URS Binangonan in terms of Time Limits it was revealed that sets appropriate priorities for your task helps the working students to familiarize them self on what task need to be done, while the perception of working students in terms of Time attitude, it show working students have a high value with regards to their assignment and work task that was given to them, while in terms of Understanding of needs, this implies that the experience they have gained in working while studying help them to developed their self-confident and self esteem. Based on the summary of findings and conclusion drawn, the following recommendations are being presented. The working students should be more flexible to do all task on time to arrive in School and work on time, The working students should have to-do-list or daily plan and schedule of what they need to accomplish, Working students should set aside time for planning and scheduling in order to avoid future problems that affect their academic and work performance, Working students should not rely solely on the salary they get from, they should realize that it is just a means to support their education.
