520 _aEXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop Touchdown Philippines: A Leisure Mobile Application. That was conducted at University of Rizal System Morong, Rizal, SY 2017-2018. The respondents were the municipality of Antipolo City and Tanay, Rizal which has a total number of twenty eight (28) tourism staff, and fifty (50) tourist in Rizal that was selected through purposive quota sampling technique to determine the target population involved in the study. The system was developed through Unity that serve as the main programming language, C# as scripting language which used to communicate to other programming languages to execute the tasks, Adobe Photoshop for picture editing and design and Android studio for the conversion of the program. The researchers find out that the result of the overall mean is rejected that says that there is a significant difference in the perception of the two groups of respondents but despite of having a rejected result it doesn't mean that the program is not acceptable. In fact the two group of respondents still accepted the developed program in terms of accuracy, applicability, workability, portability, user-friendliness, modifiability, completeness and clarity. Based on the findings and conclusion Touchdown Philippines: A Leisure Mobile Application can be a tool for promoting the tourist spots of our country. It can also be an education toll that can give us information or knowledge about the places. The output of the study can serve as a reference for the future researchers. Follow up study is recommended for the further enhancement of the program.
