Aquino and Daltone G. Torio, taking up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Financial Management at the University of Rizal System-Tanay. The proponents of Easy Cash Funding Services agree to venture into a partnership kind of business organization because it is the kind of which each partner share risks, responsibilities, profits and lose. Each proponent will equally contribute to come up with an initial capital requirement of PhP4,000,000. The partners composed of five (5) individuals who are all working and earning money of their own and will contribute PhP800,000.00 (20%) each to come up the initial capital requirement. The proponents will handle all business operations of the study and two (2) other partners will act as capitalist partners because they are all residing in the United States. However, the other capitalist Partner, Mrs. Josephine D. Madera, will provide the physical property that will serve as the proposed business office from the time that the business will commence for the next five (5) years or until such time that the proponents can buy a property they can call their own and put up a new building facility. The proposed project will employ five (5) personnel, that composed of one (1) Manager, two (2) Accounting Staff, one (1) Messenger/Collector/Credit Investigator and one (1) Security Guard. Each of them are qualified to do the task needed for the operation of the business. Fees and other licenses will be paid during the pre-operation period.
