Online resources: Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Technology major in Civil Technology) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This research study aimed to develop the Precast Wall Panel Molder. Specifically, this study attempted to design and construct a precast wall panel molder, perform try-out and revision and evaluate the acceptability of the developed precast wall panel molder in terms of design, usefulness, performance, safety and maintenance. Moreover, this study also investigated the significant difference between the developed precast wall panel molder and the existing precast wall panel molder in terms of mentioned criteria on the evaluations made by the group of respondents and to develop operating manual intended for this project. It was conducted at University of Rizal System, Morong Campus during A.Y 2015-2016. The evaluators of the project consisted of two groups. They were the civil technology students and experts in the field. The developed precast wall panel molder was evaluated by the sixteen (16) civil technology students and five (5) experts in the field in terms of design, usefulness, performance, safety and maintenance. Try-out and revisions were also done by the researchers during the construction period of the precast wall panel molder. They found out that there was a deformity of the output. After the defect was found out, as well as the problem encountered during the experimental period, revision was done by the researchers to revise the defective part of the precast wall panel molder. Based on the summary of findings, the researchers found out that the Developed Precast Wall Panel Molder as a whole achieved its effectiveness as to design, usefulness, performance, safety and maintenance. As evaluated by the civil technology students and experts in the field, the project was verbally interpreted as extremely satisfactory and extremely useful based form the result. The study concluded that there is significant difference between the Developed Precast Wall Panel Molder and the Existing Precast Wall Panel Molder in terms of design, usefulness, performance, safety and maintenance on the evaluation made by the group of respondents. Based on the results of findings and conclusions, it is recommended that more design and advance innovations should be given to the next researcher for the next constructions, mass production of the developed precast wall panel molder for corresponding return of investment should be done and follow-up study should be conducted to understand and improve the device.
