The subject of the study were different AT cardholders from different banks, 50 cardholders from BPI Family Savings Bank, 50 cardholders from Banco De Oro, 50 cardholders from Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation with the total of 150 respondents. This study tried to determine the profile of the respondents in terms of sex, nature of work, and number of years as AT cardholders. It also measured the acceptability of the respondents on the proposed additional security feature in using automated teller machine from different banks where the study was conducted, and the significant difference on the perceptions of the respondents when they were grouped according to their profile. The researchers utilized the descriptive method of research. Different statistical treatments like frequency and percentage distribution, weighted mean and one-way ANOVA were used.
