There were 54 respondents from the eight Elementary Schools of Taytay, District Il The researchers made questionnaire checklist was used to gather the needed data. The respondents were grouped according to their educational attainment and number of years in teaching Reading and conducing Reading Intervention Program. The percentage, frequency and rate distribution were used to determine the profile of the respondents its terms of highest educational attainment, numbers of year teaching reading, and numbers of years in conducting intervention Based on the findings, majority of the respondents earned a degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education. While in terms of number of years in teaching reading and conducting intervention program majority of the respondents has 1-5 years of experience Moreover, computed F-value was used in identifying the significant differences on the acceptability of the developed Computer-Assisted Learning Materials as assessed by the respondents with respect to the highest educational attainment, numbers of years in teaching reading, and numbers of years in conducting reading intervention. Computed mean and standard deviation were used to determine the acceptability of the Computer-Assisted Learning Materials with regards to the Objective. Design, Graphics Language and Style, and Content. In terms to the profile of the respondents, the results revealed there are no significant differences on the level of acceptability by the respondents of the developed Computer-Assisted Learning Materials for Reading Intervention with respect to Objectives. Design, Graphics, Language and Style, and Content Based on the findings, with regards to the Objective, most of the respondents strongly agreed to the purpose of the developed computer-assisted learning materials for reading intervention, in terms of Design, teachers are strongly agreed that it makes the developed materials more attractive for the students. For the Graphics, the respondents also strongly agreed that it gives more creativity in the developed materials. In terms of Language and Style the teachers are strongly agreed that will provide enhancement to the students. Lastly the Content, they also strongly agreed that the developed materials follow a series of step that will provide enhancement in reading of the students. The result implies that the respondents is very much accepted that the objectives, design, graphics, language and style, and content of the developed Computer-Assisted Learning Materials nerve its purpose and are definitely attainable Therefore, it is concluded that the Criteria Objective, Design, Graphics, Language and Style, and Content are failed to reject Based on the results, it is recommended that future researchers utilize the developed tool to use the instructional materials and make some improvements of its objective, design, graphics, language and style and content for much better instructional material.
