Online resources: Dissertation note: Thesis "Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management" URS 2024 Summary: This study determined the competency level of the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration students at the University of Rizal System, Main Campus, Tanay, Rizal. A total of eighty-one (81) Office Administration students from 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year levels served as respondents of the study. The descriptive method of research with a researcher-made questionnaire checklist, test, and rubrics/ criterion validity was used in data gathering. The data gathered were analyzed and tabulated using appropriate statistical tools. Results showed that the majority of the Office Administration students are between 18 to 21 years old, female, single, mostly from 2nd-year level, and spent most of their time in study. Overall, the majority of the respondents who took the researcher-made test to measure their competency level of software application skills demonstrated a fair competency in using MS Word. While a very good performance in using Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint is in the middle ground. Moreover, the majority of respondents strongly agreed that the professor- related factors that had the greatest effect on the competency level of software application skills of office administration students were master of the subject of Integrated Software Application with a weighted mean of 4.03. In student-related factors, the respondents agreed that the level of interest in the subject had the greatest effect on the competency level of the said skills with a weighted mean of 3.91. As for the school-related factors, the respondents agreed that the limited number of computers/ devices had the greatest effect on the competency level of the student's skills with a weighted mean of 3.76.
