EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study was aimed to design and construct a modified hydraulic clutch bleeder. Also, it determined the usefulness, durability, safety and maintenance and functionality of the modified hydraulic clutch bleeder. It was conducted at the university of rizal system morong campus during the school year 2017-2018. Descriptive research was used to gather data. A researcher-made questionnaire checklist evaluated the usefulness, durability, safety and maintenance and functionality of the modified hydraulic clutch bleeder. Content validation was employed to validate the instrument. The respondents of this project were ten (10) experts who were automotive instructors and twenty (20) end-users who were students from automotive technology. The respondents successfully ranked each corresponding items based on the validated criteria as to usefulness, durability, safety and maintenance and functionality. Based from the testing and revision made and from the evaluation of the complete project, the modified hydraulic clutch bleeder was constructed and developed out of locally available materials. On the try-out and revisions, the modified hydraulic clutch system was tested. Different troubles found during the operation were discovered. And through try-out and revisions the project attained its functional output reached some of the equipment objectives. On the level of acceptability of the project as evaluated by the experts and end-users in terms of usefulness, durability, safety and maintenance and functionality the device verbally interpreted as, very much accepted. Based on the summary of findings, it concluded that, there is no significant difference between the evaluation the evaluation made by the experts and the end-users on the acceptability of developed modified hydraulic clutch bleeder in terms of different variables, usefulness, durability, safety and maintenance and functionality. It was also recommended that further study should be conducted to improve the project. Other researchers should be conducted to improve the project. Other researchers should consider other variables. And the school administration should take the initiate in setting the use of researchers output
