The study was conducted to determine the contributory skills and competencies to employment of the scholar graduates of the local government unit of Tanay, Rizal. The descriptive method of research was used in the study utilizing a questionnaire checklist as the major tool for gathering the needed data involving (50) fifty respondents. Frequency, percentages and rank distribution and weighted mean were used for the statistical treatment of the study.
