The study aimed to determine the implementation of Performance Evaluation at Uns-held Enterprises Incorporated. This study can give feedback to the company on the performance of ite employees in order to improve the delivery of services to its respective clients if also aims to improve its performance evaluation system for their employees, which could help in their effective administration was conducted in Uni-feld Enterprises incorporated with ten (10) different departments, with a total of 100 respondents
The study used the descriptive evaluative method to appraise carefully the worthiness of the current study with the help of a questionnaire The subjects of the study are the one hundred (100) employees of Uni-field Enterprises Incorporated The company was located of Panay Avenue, South Triangle, Quezon City. It was conducted during the second semester SV 2017-2018. The data were treated using the appropriate statistical treatment as follows: Frequency, Rank and Percentage Distribution, to determine the profile of the respondents in terms of sex, age, years of service and position Mean was utilized to know the extent of the Implementation of Performance Evaluation in terms of Administration and Utilization. One-way ANOVA was applied to determine if there is a significant difference on the implementation of Performance Evaluation as assessed by the respondents when they are grouped according to their profile
Based on the data gathered, the following findings were obtained on the profile of the respondents in terms of gender, females outnumbered males. In terms of age, most of the respondents belonged to the age bracket 18-29 In terms of Length of Service, most of the respondents have been serving the company for 11-20 years. In terms of Position, employees outnumbered the Department Head. On the implementation of Performance Evaluation in terms of Administration and Utilization they were all verbally interpreted as much implemented. On the significant difference it was revealed that there was no significant difference between the Implementation of Performance Evaluation in terms of Age, Sex, and Years of Service but not in Position.
