EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study aimed to determine the extent influence of membership in different school organizations on the career path of student leaders in University of Rizal System. The study utilized the descriptive method of research specifically survey method. The study made questionnaire checklist which was developed, validated and was used as the main instrument in gathering data. Frequency and percentage distribution were used to determine the profile of the respondents, weighted was used to determine the extent of perceived influence of different school organizations on the career path of the student leaders of the University of Rizal System Morong with respect to the different aspects and one way ANOVA was used to determine the significant difference on the extent of influence of school organizations as perceived by the student leaders in University of Rizal System Morong. The study sought to answer the specific questions such as, the profile of respondents in terms of age, gender, course, year level, school organization and nature of affiliation and the extent of influence of different school organizations in University of Rizal System Morong with respect to interpersonal relationship, leadership skill, career preparation, personal development and exposure. The data gathered were statistically treated according to the specific problems of the study. To determine the profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender, course, year level, school organization and nature affiliation, frequency and percentage distribution were used. To determine the extent of influence of different school organizations on the career path of student leaders in University of Rizal System with respect to the different aspects, mean was applied. To find the significant difference on the extent of influence of school organizations with respect to different aspects in terms of their profile, One-way ANOVA was used. Based on the gathered data, the result exposed that the extent of influence of membership in different school organization on the career path of student leaders as perceived by the respondents in terms of interpersonal relationship, leadership skill, career preparation, personal development and exposure is 4.50, 4.44, 4.33, 4.37, and 4.31 respectively which are all verbally interpreted as "Always". Based on the summary of findings, the research came up with these conclusions:Student leaders are mostly female with the age bracket of 12-20 and belong to 3rd year level taking BS Guidance and Counseling. Majority of them are the president of the organizations of Future Engineers Club. In addition, it was also found that the different school organization always influence the career path of student leaders, while the profile of the student leaders did not affect their perception on the influence of membership to different school organization to their career path. Based on the findings and conclusions drawn, the researchers recommended that having a clear identification of duties and functions of each officer is encouraged and other students should be actively involved in different school organizations and parallel study maybe conducted considering other variables.
