Everybody needs education. Thus, this privilege should be given free to all regardless of ones background Inclusive education manifests the said principle wherein classrooms should accommodate all like children with special needs

The study aimed to proposed an action plan relative to the implementation of the Inclusive Education among Public Elementary Schools The respondents of the study were the learners and thirty-five (35) teachers handling children with special needs. It was conducted during the school year 2022-2023

The study made use of descriptive evaluative and qualitative research design to delve into the intricate dynamics of the implementation of Inclusive Education within Public Elementary Schools in Rodriguez, Rizal The mean and other descriptive statistics, such as frequency and percentage distributions, were computed

The researcher used the survey questionnaire and interview guide to answer the objectives of the study The researcher also used purposive sampling for one-on-one interview The interview guide was used to disclose problems encountered in the implementation of inclusive education

From the gathered data, the following findings were drawn. Teachers in the inclusive education have been in the service for decade. The status of Implementation of inclusive education was well implemented in terms of child find, assessment, program options, and curriculum modification but not in parent involvement where in it obtained the lowest mean of 3.24 verbally interpreted as least implemented. There was no significant difference in terms of age, sex, and grade level handled while length of service and position had significant difference Prominent among the problems encountered were financial constraints inadequate infrastructure and insufficient teacher training.

With the stipulated findings and recommendation, it is hereby recommended to adopt the action plan by the researcher to enhance the implementation of inclusive education

Moreover, they may allocate funds for improving school infrastructure to ensure accessibility for students with diverse needs Develop and implement regular, inclusive teacher training programs to equip educators with the necessary skills for diverse classrooms And formulate and enforce clear, inclusive education policies at the institutional level to guide practices consistently.
