The objective of this study is to assess and prove the efficiency and effectiveness of the Cloud-Based Productivity Software used by employees in a company. Specifically, the study focuses on evaluating the task-technology fit utilization, and performance impact
To analyze the quantitative data collected in the study, descriptive statistics are employed. Frequency, rank, and percentage distribution are used to present and interpret the data. These measures provide an understanding of the distribution and prevalence of specific characteristics or responses. Mean values are also calculated to assess the average scores or ratings given by the respondents. ANOVA/F-test is utilized to determine if there are significant differences when the participants are grouped based on their profile. This statistical test helps identify variations or distinctions among different groups within the study population
By employing a qualitative, the systematic analysis is used, to ensure that data collection processes follow a planned and consistent approach to capture relevant information, based on the transcribed interviews of the participants.
The survey results are summarized as follows: The majority of respondents are aged 20 to 25 ( f = 157 ,\%=40) In terms of the job titles of customer support employees, a significant portion ( 1100 ,\%\%=51) hold that position, Additionally, a valuable proportion of respondents have a tenure ranging from 2 to 5 years ( f = 203 \%= 52 ) , while the lowest number of respondents have a tenure of 1 year (f = 84) alpha/0 = 21 ) . In the implementation of Records Management System Software: Employee's perspective, in the Task-Technology fit category, the employees feel convenient in doing tasks (M=6.0) In utilization, when employees do their tasks, the data (system software) they use is well-organized (M-5.97). Lastly, in Performance Impact, the system software (CBPS) enhances the user experience (M=6.02). There is no significant difference since p-values are all greater than 05 level of significance in the Implementation of Records Management System Software. Employee's Perspective when they are grouped according to their profile, most of them have the same outlook about the system software (CBPS).
Based on the findings of the study, the following conclusions are arrived at.
Ayala Land Technohub BPO employees embraces a diverse workforce of both young and experienced individuals. Leveraging CBPS has notably enhanced response efficiency, streamlined access to customer information, and fostered strong collaboration among team members. Furthermore, they exhibited a great number of long-tenure employees. The BPO employees at UP Ayala Land TechnoHub adeptly employs system software or cloud-based productivity tools, elevating their effectiveness and flexibility in job execution. Despite encountering hurdles like hardware glitches and connectivity issues, the employees showcased readiness by deploying solutions, such as backup internet bandwidth and promptly Informing IT personnel, ensuring minimal disruption to their workflow.
Based on the cited conclusions and findings of the study, the followin general suggestions are presented for the various groups:
Company, the company should provide appropriate training and updat to ensure that office employees use the cloud-based productivity software effectively and stay informed about new features or changes. Office Employees, can benefit from the programs or training that the company provides for cloud-based productivity software, as it can help them better understand its features. shortcuts, and enhance their performance and skills. BSOA students, can acquire valuable insight into cloud-based productivity software, learn to utilize it with effectiveness and efficiency, and, in doing so, open new opportunities for their future careers in office. Future researchers, will have the opportunity to expand upon the current study by addressing and exploring its limitations in a more comprehensive manner, this could involve conducting further investigations, and incorporating additional variables in the study
