This study aimed to determine the Importance of Classroom-based energizer to the performance of grade 6 pupils in Selected Elementary School in Rodriguez Rizal. Specifically, the study determine the importance of energizers on the performance of the students in terms of classroom participation, accomplishment of outputs, and assessment of learning. The feedback of the students to the energizers conducted inside the classroom is also collected through interview. This study is important because it addresses the gaps in other studies such as limited studies on specific grade level in elementary, importance of energizers to the students' performance with the teacher as the evaluator, and the qualitative perspective of students on the energizers incorporated with the discussion. This study used Descriptive-Quantitative research design, utilizing surveys and interviews to gather data from 40 students and 40 teachers.

The findings highlight the widespread and effective use of energizers, particularly music and movement activities, by teachers to boost student engagement and performance. Teachers find these activities easy to implement and highly motivating for students, helping to maintain their enthusiasm and attention throughout lessons. Energizers are most commonly used at the start of class to increase focus and participation, with both teachers and students noting their positive impact on classroom involvement, learning outcomes, and overall energy levels.

The study concluded that teachers prefer using music and movement-based energizers because they are easy to implement, highly engaging, and motivating for students. These activities go beyond improving academic performance by positively impacting various aspects of student development. The consistent use of daily energizers is recognized by both teachers and students as an effective way to enhance focus, enthusiasm, and active participation in the classroom
