Based on the findings and conclusions, the following recommendations were hereby offered: To government's policy-makers, should allocate budgets for the school, especially in the far-flung areas wherein even the very basic of facilities were lacking, students were deprived of their right to education by refusing to provide them with adequate facilities for learning. To the teachers, they should not be contented with what you know, enhance, explore, upgrade. Computing skills is very necessary nowadays, and should be learned. They should not be traditional so that students could relate more to them, especially

should be learned. They should not be traditional so that students could relate more to them, especially the young ones who were exposed to technology nowadays. Teaching will be much fun and less stressful with the aid of computers through multimedia and interactive instructional materials. Teachers should just have to learn the hang of it. To parents, they should guide their children when using computers, inculcate in the minds of their children that computers were not meant be used as a gaming device only. Computers is much better used as a learning tool. Students should enjoy doing their schools works even when not at school. To students, this study should serve as an inspiration and motivation for them to focus more on their learning; they should appreciate all the efforts being done unto them by studying well, being disciplined, well-mannered, and learned. To fellow researchers, the findings of this study would serve as a guide and a primer in conducting related research.
