Summary, etc. The study primary aimed to assess the work commitment of fast food chain employees in Tanay, Rizal Calendar Year 2017. The subject of the study were the one hundred twenty-nine (129) respondents in the selected restaurant such as Company. The study used the descriptive method of research, a questionnaire checklist was the main instrument used by the researchers. It was consisted of two parts: Part I, dealt with the profile of the employee respondents in terms of sex, age, civil status, educational attainment and length of service: Part II dealt with factors such as, work ethics, organizational commitment and career or professional commitment. The gathered data were statistically treated with the use of frequency, percentage and rank distribution, weighted mean and F-test or One-way ANOVA. Based on the findings of the study, the researchers generally concluded that female respondents were middle of age 22-24 years old, most of the number of employee are single, college level, 1.01-3 years are working in the fast food chain in Tanay, Rizal Employee in fast food chain in Tanay, Rizal are always committed in the workplace with respect to Work Ethics, organizational commitment and career or professional commitment was found that there is no significant difference at all so that the researchers found out that all the worker in fast food chain are always committed in their work. The study furthered showed that the employees are always committed with respect to work commitment, work ethics, organizational commitment and career or professional commitment. There is no significant difference on the work commitment of fast food chain employee in Tanay, Rizal in terms of sex, civil status, educational attainment and length of service.
