Summary, etc. This study primarily aimed to assess the Human Resource Acquisition Process of Selected Security Agency in Eastern Rizal, Calendar Year 2018. The subject of the study were the one hundred seventy seven (177) Security personnel and Human Resource staff in different agencies in Eastern Rizal. A questionnaire-checklist was used to gather and determine the data consisted of two parts; the first part of the instrument deals with the profile of the respondents in terms of sex, age, civil status, highest educational attainment, length of service and monthly salary, while the second part deals with Human Resource Acquisition Process of Selected Security Agencies in Eastern Rizal with respect to Recruitment, Screening, Selection and Placement. The data gathered were treated with the use of frequency, percentage and rank distribution, weighted mean and T-test. The findings of the study revealed that majority of the respondents in selected agencies were male, married, high school graduate, earning an average monthly salary of P10,000.00 and below. With respect to Human Resource Acquisition Process of Selected Security Agencies in Eastern Rizal, with respect to recruitment, HR staff always practiced accepting the recommendation from relatives and friends while security personnel with respect to placement are often practiced knowing the Eleven General order (11GOs). There was a significant difference on Human Resource Acquisition Process of Selected Security agencies as assessed by the two groups of respondents with respect to Recruitment, Screening, Selection and Placement therefore the null hypothesis is rejected.
