| Summary, etc | The objective of the study was to determine the "Ethical Standards: and ts<br/>Impact to Good Working Relationship". The subjects of the study were the<br/>employees of Guinayang National High School. The study was conducted during<br/>the second semester of school year of 2014-2015.<br/>The researchers used descriptive method to gather information about the<br/>Ethical Standards. They used this method in present conditions to gather<br/>information. It involved collection of data to answer questions concerning the<br/>You sent<br/>Current of the study, particularty on Ethical Standards of Guinayang National High<br/>School<br/>With regard to sex the female respondents have a higher percentage of<br/>82 86 with a frequency of 29 and ranked first, while male respondents hasa<br/>percentage of 17.14 with a frequency of 6 and ranked second<br/>With regard to age, most of the respondents aged 35-39 with 10 or 2857<br/>and ranked first while 50 and above with 2 or 5.71% has the east rank.<br/>With regards to religion, majority of the employees are Catholic with the<br/>frequency of 21 or 60.00%. while the 7 day Adventist got the frequency of 1 or<br/>2.86%.<br/>With regards to educational attainment. majority of the respondents are<br/>College Graduate with the frequency of 31 and percentage of 88.57, followed by<br/>Master's Graduate with the frequency of 4 and percentage of 11.43.<br/>Based on the computed means, item number 16, spit property only in<br/>designated area ", item number 12, 1fushed toilet after using it and item<br/>number 14, 1 stand straight and face to the flagpole the moment the Phi<br/>National Anthem "ranked 1.5, 1.5 and 3 respectively.
