| Summary, etc | This study was conducted to assess the training program of Electrical<br/>Equipment and System Integration Inc.<br/>The respondents of the study were thirty (30) employees in Electrical<br/>Equiprnent and System Integration Inc. The study utilized descriptive quantitative<br/>method using questionnaire checklist as a data gathering instrument. They also<br/>employed qualitative method wherein interview was also conducted to further<br/>enrich the results of the study.<br/>For the statistical treatment of the data, frequency, percentage distribution<br/>and ranking were used to determine the profile of the respondents. Mean was<br/>lzed to determine the implermentation of training program at Electricat<br/>Equiprnert and System Integration Inc.<br/>You sent<br/>From the thorough analyais of data gathered and the resuts obtained in<br/>Phe pevious disoussion the following significant findings are hereby<br/>Sueed n tems of sex mostly were male witha frequency of 17 or 56 67<br/>percet n tems of age, 21-24 years old got the highest frequency of 14 or 46.67<br/>erent n tems of position mostly are HR Assistant and System Engineer with<br/>the sae frequency of 5 or 16.67 percent. In terms of length of service, majorty<br/>of the employees have rendered their service 1 year and below with a frequency<br/>f 10 or 33 33 percent In terms of educational attainment most of the<br/>respondents we college graduates with a frequency of 27 or 90 percent<br/>As to assessed formulation it got an average mean of 3.89 for both HR<br/>Assistant and Engineers which verbally interpreted as agree. Support of Top<br/>Management has the highest mean of 427 for HR Assistant while complete<br/>training materials has the highest mean of 4.26 for Engineers and verbally<br/>interpreted as strongly agree. In terms of implementation, the average mean was<br/>445 and verbally interpreted as strongly agree for HR Assistant while the<br/>average mean for Engineers was 4.19 and was verbally interpreted as agree<br/>Having an adequate facilities has the highest weighted mean of 4. 64 and 437<br/>Nor botfh HR Assistant and Engineers during the implementation of the training<br/>program at EESI and verbally interpreted as strongly agree. Lastly the evaluation<br/>of raining program of Electrical Equipment and System Integration, Ine obtains<br/>versge mean of 4.21 for HR Assistant and was verbally intepreled as<br/>Shongly Agroe hile Engineers got an average mean of 4.18 and was verbaly<br/>preted as Agree |
