Summary, etc This study aimed to determine the strategic management of McDonalds San Mateo and<br/>Montalban branch.<br/>This study utilized the descriptive method in describing the assessment of the respondents<br/>to the strategic management of McDonalds San Mateo and Montalban Branch.<br/>findings.<br/>The descriptive method of rescarch is a fact finding study with adequate and accurate<br/>The results were tallied, computed and interpreted using appropriate statistical treatment.<br/>Frequency, percentage distribution and ranking were used to determine the profile of the<br/>Tespondents in terms of sex, age, educational attainment, length of service and position. Mean,<br/>Verbal interpretation and ranking was used to determine the strategic management of McDonalds<br/>San Mateo and Montalban branch.
