| Summary, etc | This study aimed to determine the strategic management of McDonalds San Mateo and<br/>Montalban branch.<br/>This study utilized the descriptive method in describing the assessment of the respondents<br/>to the strategic management of McDonalds San Mateo and Montalban Branch.<br/>findings.<br/>The descriptive method of rescarch is a fact finding study with adequate and accurate<br/>The results were tallied, computed and interpreted using appropriate statistical treatment.<br/>Frequency, percentage distribution and ranking were used to determine the profile of the<br/>Tespondents in terms of sex, age, educational attainment, length of service and position. Mean,<br/>Verbal interpretation and ranking was used to determine the strategic management of McDonalds<br/>San Mateo and Montalban branch. One way ANOVA was used to determine the significant<br/>You sent<br/>diflerence between the strategic management of McDonalds San Mateo and Mortalban branch<br/>and the respondents when they were grouped according to profile Based from the snalysis of<br/>data and results obtained, the findings are summarized as follows<br/>The profile of the respondents revealed that in terms of sex, female obtained 600 percent,<br/>in terms of age, 20has a 23 0 percent, in terms of edcarioal attaimcnt, college level obtaincd<br/>70 0 percent, in terms of length of service, one year o more has 470 percent and in terms of<br/>position, cashier obtained 460 percent<br/>The finding of data in strategc maneement of San Mateo and Montalban branch in<br/>terms of good leadership with the average mean of & S80e, workne seith others with an average<br/>of 4.5400 mean, creating fts between reqiremss gd srategy decton with the mean of<br/>4.6900 and how the organiatin cunct eess with the conputed meun of 4 8O00 1Have<br/>a verbal interpretation of outstanding Majocity f the respondents determined the strategic<br/>management of McDonalds in ters of mton with the computed mean of 4.1100 has a<br/>verbal interpretation of very satisfactory in terts of good leadership, working with others,<br/>creating fis beween requiremenis or good srategy acuion and how organizaton conducts<br/>us business is outstandıng while in terms of mtrvation, the finding was very satisfactory.<br/>The Strategic Management of San Mateo and Montalban Branch in terms of good leadership.<br/>working with others, creating fus between requirements for good strategy exection and how<br/>organtzation conduct its bSiness have no significant dıfference to the respondents when they<br/>were grouped according to their profile.
