520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc This study aimed to find the effectiveness of empirical learning approach in geometry. This was conducted during the School Year 2018-2019 at South Ville 8C National High School among Grade 7 students. The respondents were composed of 2 sections where in one of these was the control group and the other was the experimental group. The research used the pre- test and the post- test control group design of experimental method and Qualitative approach for the feedbacks of the teachers and the students.<br/>Based on the experiment and the data gathered, the findings and the followings: the mean scores of both control and experimental group in the pre- test and post- test increased from 11.05 to 19.73 and 12.05 to 22.15 respectively. There was a significant difference between the pre -test and pos- test mean scores as well as the posttest mean scores of the control and experimental group, as the p-value did not exceed 0.05 level of significance.
