Summary, etc This study aimed to determine the experiences and practices of K to 12 Mathematics teachers of Junior High School (Grade 7-10). This was conducted during the annual year 2017-2018 at Kasiglahan Village National High School, Manggahan National High School and Wawa National High School<br/><br/>The study employed the qualitative type of research for the interpretation of data based on the experiences and practices of K to 12 Mathematics teachers.<br/><br/>All the respondents are K to 12 Mathematics teachers of Junior High School (Grade 7-10) and had 3-17 years teaching experience They used Daily Lesson Log and experienced it as easy, not time consuming and convenient to prepare.
