Summary, etc This study aimed to determine the implementation of remedial class program of the school to improve the mathematics performance of Grade 7 Students of San Jose National High School. This was conducted during the School Year 2015-2016 at San Jose National High School.<br/><br/>Specifically, the researchers utilized the descriptive method of research and used of questionnaire checklist to gather the needed data and information.<br/><br/>From the analysis of data and result obtained, the findings were summarized as follows; on the profile of the respondents, most of the respondents were male having the frequency of 54 or 54 percent
