There were 160 grade & respondents selected using a simple random sampling technique. The setting of this study was Wawa National High School

The study obtained that the majority of the respondents were female, commonly having 4 household members while their mathematics grades were majority belonging to the interval of 85-89 which was interpreted as very satisfactory based on the DepEd standards which meant the learners had a positive performance in Mathematics.

The same with the household members of the respondents whose majority were for male The domervant age belonged to the age bracket of 41-45 and commonly had a job belonging to blue-collar jobs since their educational attainment was high school graduates and undergraduates

It also revealed that the profiles of the household members in terms of occupation and education showed a significant relationship to the mathematics performance of students. In other words, it was not limited to females but also the male household members regardless of their ages could help and guide the students in answering Mathematics tasks.

Similarly, the feedback of the students agreed that the educational attainment of their household members influenced their performance at school. The majority of them answered yes to the questions concerning the effects of educational attainment on the mathematics performance of the respondents. The responses of the students on their explanations revealed the positive involvement of the household members in the learning process of the student involved how the household members communicated, supported, and monitored.
