Summary, etc The objective of this study is to identify the job resources among female employees in the BPO industry and their implications for productivity. The researchers used the Quantitative and Qualitative approaches and results were strengthened by an interview to solve the problems. The researcher's always to emphasized and promoted positive aspects of the workplace, such as employees well-being, motivation, and performance. The Job Resources has four variables namely Team Cohesion, Harmony, Autonomy, and Coaching. By concentrating on job resources, they provided practical insights and recommendations for how organizations could have better allocated resources to support their employees' performance. This research surveyed female employees at Concentrix Company using validated survey instruments and interviews. Quantitative data were analyzed using frequency, mean, rank, and F test.<br/><br/>The findings were summarized as follows: the data showed that most respondents agreed with the level of control and involvement. They had Team Cohesion (M-4.36) among female employees, who demonstrated a clear understanding of their roles and a strong commitment to a shared mission. Harmony (M-4.10) A portion of respondents struggled to spend sufficient time with their family and colleagues and frequently worry about work. Autonomy (M-4.14) Female employees believe they have sufficient time for themselves, but they were worried about work stress and having to work late hours, which impact their personal lives. Coaching (M-2.35) respondents expressed feeling less connected to the organization, indicating potential areas for enhancing inclusive and fostering a stronger sense of belonging among employees.<br/><br/>Based on the summary of the findings of the study, the following conclusions: When examining job resources among female employees, it was essential to consider the unique challenges and opportunities they faced in the workforce under job resources. For everyone, it was crucial for achieving career success and overcoming female challenges. Female employees' access to job opportunities improved over the past three years, as evidenced by their excellent performance in the BPO sector. They demonstrated reliability, adaptability, a dedication to quality, and the capacity to promote customer happiness. Their remarkable performance in the sector was aided by career growth, retention rates, favorable feedback, and support for diversity and inclusion initiatives inside their firms. An in-depth examination of businesses and organizations within the BPO sector was necessary to draw specific findings. As a result, there was a strong positive association between job resources offered to female employees and their performance during the previous three years in the BPO market. Although these links were frequently observed, it was necessary to remember that different businesses and circumstances could have different relationships. To best support and utilize the resources available to their female employees, firms assessed their unique data and customized their plans. This assessment focused on job resources among female employees and their implications for productivity.<br/><br/>With the cited conclusions and findings of the study, the following overall recommendations of the different groups are presented: Concentrix Company They may refer to that's study on creating an increasing workplace and environment wherein every employee's salary and compensation was appreciated to increase their overall productivity in the workplace. Female Employees. They could have improved their communication and developed skills with their management to enhance the efficient strategies, thereby achieving a better environment in working conditions. Future Researcher They may refer to this study as a reference and guide for their in-depth study on the implications of the work-life balance of female employees for productivity.<br/>
