Summary, etc This study aimed to study and analyze the conflict resolution approach employed to pupils with behavioral problems. The respondents of the study were ten teachers wherein eight were females and two were males. They were all teaching in Tagumpay Elementary School during the School Year 2015 to 2016.<br/><br/>A qualitative research was utilized to attain the objective of the study. From the gathered data, the following were the findings, On the profile of the respondent in terms of sex, the researchers found out that 8 were female and 2 were male. In terms of age 5 respondents belonged to 25-46 year old. In terms of civil<br/>status, respondent five were single and five were marned. Six of them 2 males and 4 females had teaching experience of ten years while the remaining 4 were alt females with 11 years of experience.<br/><br/>On the most common behavioral problems of the Pupils in Tagumpay Elementary school in terms of Possession Disputes Verbal abuse and Physical aggression, most of the common behavioral problems of the pupils in terms of possession dispute were manifested through destructing, kicking and hitting, In terms of verbal abuse it was manifested in teasing that resulted to conflict among them Physical aggression of the student occurred most common in quarreling. On resolving behavioral problems of the pupils, teachers used different strategies like guidance and coaching, listening to all side without judging. Helping children to calm down, acknowledging effort and reconciliation and talking wants and need to resolve the conflict<br/><br/>With the enumerated findings, the following were the conclusions drawn Most of the respondents are female belonged to middle age, single and married they are been teaching for ten years. The most common behavioral problems in terms of physical aggression are destructing and hitting In terms of verbal abuse teasing is the most common while in terms of possession disputes it is quarreling. Teachers resolve behavioral problems of their pupils in terms of Guidance and coaching by sending the pupils to the Guidance Office and letting the guidance counselor talk to the student in the conflict. In terms of listening to all sides without judging the respondents talk to the pupil with the behavioral problems in private place to avoid the noise. In terms of helping children to calm down, the respondents let the pupils with behavioral problems to sit down and relax beside him or her in terms of acknowledging effort of reconciliation the respondents give praise or prize to the pupils with behavioral problems when the pupils not doing again the behavioral problems. While in terms of talking about wants and needs, the respondents talk to the pupils with behavioral problems and know what he or she wants or needs to resolve the conflict.<br/><br/>In the light of the findings and conclusions elicited, the following were hereby recommended.<br/><br/>For the administration this study would help them on implementing programs on proper dealing with pupils with behavioral problems. For the guidance counselors This study would give them insight on the level of behavioral problems of the pupils and assist the pupils on proper counseling, for the teachers this study would eliminate their problems on dealing with the behavioral problems of their pupils and create a peaceful teacher-pupil relationship.<br/><br/>For the parents with the help of this study, they can also learn the proper way of disciplining their children and in turn, create a harmonious relationship with the teachers and other faculty members and for the future researchers this study would give their insight and basis on the strategies of proper dealing with the behavioral problems of the pupils and use it for better future researchers
