Based on the existing program of Payatas the "Hiwa-hiwalay na Basura sa Barangay", most of the respondents followed the process of segregation because it was monitored by the campaigners by separating biodegradable to non-biodegradable. In terms of the process of recycling, all of the respondents recycled their solid wastes specifically the non-biodegradable waste like plastics and other scraps that can be sold. In terms of the process of composting, most of the respondents did not compost their biodegradable wastes, instead they put all their solid waste on the trash bin. For them, composting is just a waste of time but the rest of them did the composting that serve as fertilizer to their plant. In terms in the process of collection, most of the respondents said that their solid wastes collected at least three times a week, the garbage collector collected their wastes usually 2 times a week for the collection of biodegradable and once a week for non-biodegradable.

In terms of improvement in the cleanliness of the community, most of the respondents observed that there was an improvement in the cleanliness of the surroundings, since the dumpsite is close they observe on how the Barangay officials took an action regarding on reducing waste and maintaining the cleanliness of their community. In terms of their livelihood, most of the respondents earned a living in the said program. They earned through making bags, rags, pillow, foam, by separating the left over food or zero waste and by means of selling recyclable materials in the junkshop.

The respondents who did not encounter any problem in implemented program for Solid Waste outnumbered the respondents who said they encountered problems like segregation and piling of trashes in depressed areas for residual Solid Waste.

Based on the summary of findings, the following conclusions were drawn: The residents are not aware on the existing program of Solid Waste implemented by the Barangay Payatas, however they follow the process. The implementation for Solid Waste Reduction Management is easily done by the assistance of the campaigners. There is a positive effect in livelihood and cleanliness of the community. Environmental Protection Waste Managerment Department (EPWMD) struggles to find area for residual waste.

In light of the findings and conclusions, the following recommendations were suggested:

Residents.
