520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc The objective of the study is to know the challenges encountered by the stakeholders in the implementation of Modular Learning in Tagumpay Elementary School and how they overcame those challenges. The study was conducted during the implementation of modular learning during the School Year 2021-2022. The respondents were 30 within the age of 6-60 years old that divided into three which are the students, teachers and parents who are involved in the new learning modality.

The researchers used quantitative and qualitative designs. This study utilized a questionnaire, interview, and observation guide as a tool for gathering data. Qualitative research involves a process known as induction, whereby data

is collected rotating to a specific area of the study and from this data, the researcher constructs different concepts and theories and assumptions. Arid for the quantitative method, the researcher had gathered information specifically about the profile of the school and a checklist questionnaire for the stakeholders challenges in modutar learning

As to the results of the study, on the profile of Tagumpay Elementary School, it showed that the ratio of student-teacher was 1:40: Followed by the number of dropping points for the modules which were 6. In terms of distribution and retrieval of learning modules, it was scheduled every 2 week of the month. The percentage of distributed learning modules (per week/per quarter) and percentage of retrieved leaming modules (per week/per quarter) were both 100%. The following challenges encountered by the stakeholders in the implementation of modular learning are: Most of the teachers needed to provide alternative learning materials when the copies of modules were delayed. For the parents, most of them were struggling in asking assistance from the teachers regarding what they considered hard questions in the modules because some of them did not have the means to communicate. And lastly, for the students, they were struggling with their studies due to the distractions. And for their solutions, Teachers made alternative learning materials ahead of time. Parents being resilient and have perseverance were focused on assisting their children to accomplish the modules. Students prioritized their studies and prevent any distractions from their surroundings.

From the results, the following are conclusions: Tagumpay Elementary School is efficient in distributing and retrieving Learning modules with a percentage of retrieved and distributed modules of 100%. Stakeholders have varied challenges but have suggested solutions to those challenges.

In view of the conclusion, the researchers have drawn the following recommendations. For Tagumpay Elementary School, they should support the teachers morally and financially for a better performance of their teachers. For teachers, they should manage their time effectively by making the module beforehand. For parents, they should create a to-do list that may help them to manage their time, and lastly, for the students, they need to prioritize their studies and be responsible for answering their modules on time.
