This method was considered the most appropriate in determining the factors that affected the perception of the respondents in terms of customer loyalty and retention among fast food businesses in Binangonan, Rizal.<br/>The researchers first established the profile of the respondents in terms of age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, status of employment, personal monthly income, number of years patronizing the businesses, fast food visited,<br/>frequency of visit, time of visit, and average purchase in pesos spent per visit.<br/>The sampling technique used was stratified sampling in selecting the<br/>respondents. |
