| Summary, etc | The study explored the supply chain management practices of grocery stores in Talim Island, Binangonan, Rizal. Given the island's geographic isolation, businesses faced challenges in maintaining efficient supply chain operations.<br/>This research aimed to analyze the current supply chain strategies of 22 grocery stores in terms of planning, implementation, and control, and to determine if demographic factors affected these practices.<br/>The researchers used the descriptive method of research and employed<br/>structured questionnaires as the main data-gathering instrument. This method<br/>allowed the researchers to systematically describe the practices and identify gaps within the supply chain operations of the participating grocery stores.<br/>The determined perception of the respondents showed that while most store owners had a general understanding of the importance of supply chain planning, many lacked formal documentation and advanced inventory systems.<br/>Manual processes remained common, and proactive disruption management was rarely practiced. |
