Summary, etc The primary objective of the study is to ascertain the perception of respondents regarding Organizational Support for Employee Retention in Local Government Unit of Binangonan, Rizal. The descriptive research method was utilized, employing a questionnaire checklist as the primary instrument for data collection. Through this approach, the researchers successfully gauged the perception of 170 employees at Local Government Unit of Binangonan Rizal. Various statistical treatments, including frequency, percentage, and rank distribution, were employed to establish the profile of the respondents. The researchers used a weighted mean to determine the respondents' perception, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was utilized to identify significant differences in the employee-respondents' perception regarding the Organizational Support for Employee retention based on their personal profile. The findings regarding the personal profile of the respondents indicate that the majority are in the early middle age, with range of 36-44 years old being the highest; in terms of sex, the distribution of gender are closely equal were male barely outnumbering female with 32.9 percent; in terms of civil status, 62 out of 170 respondents were married; in terms of highest educational attainment, majority are college graduates with a frequency of 52 or 30.6; in terms of length of service, 1-5 years got 32.4 percent and lastly in terms of employment status, majority are regular employees with 144 out of 170or 84.7 percent. Moreover, the findings showed that the Organizational Support for Employee Retention in Local Government Unit of Binangonan Rizal in terms of Supportive Supervision, all items were perceived by respondents as "strongly agree with an obtained mean of 4.69. in terms of Reward and Recognition, Job Security, all items were perceived by respondents as "strongly agree" with an obtained mean of 4.65. in terms of Perceived Organizational Support, all items were perceived by respondents as "strongly agree with an obtained mean of 4.63. in terms of Resource Support, Organizational Justice, Career Development Opportunities, all items were perceived by the respondents as "strongly agree" with an obtained mean of 4.62, 4.59, 4.57 respectively. The study further revealed that there is a significant difference on respondents' perception regarding the variable "Job Security' since the null hypothesis is rejected. Conversely, there is no significant difference on respondents' perception on Organizational Support for Employee Retention in terms of Age, Sex. Civil Status, Highest Educational Attainment, Length of Service, Employment Status, since the null hypothesis is accepted. Based on the findings of the study, the researchers concluded that the results of the survey conducted in the Local Government Unit of Binangonan Rizal, indicate a very positive perception of organizational support for employee retention. And also, it is recommend to the future researchers who will plan to conduct similar/related study may use the result of this study as their reference. One of the best practices to reduce employee retention are maintaining and providing an organizational support in Local Government Unit that gave a positive impact to the employees. And the framework that formulated by the researchers shows a plan and strategies for a different kind of activities and program that they may use or adapt to have a successful organizational support in Local Government Unit.
