Summary, etc This study primarily aimed to determine the Engagement and Retention of Binangonan Development Cooperative of Binangonan, Rizal The descriptive research method was utilized, employing a questionnaire checklist as the primary instrument for data collection. Through this approach, the researchers successfully gauged the perception of 25 employees at Binangonan Development Cooperative of Binangonan, Rizal. Various statistical treatments, including frequency, percentage, and rank distribution, were employed to establish the profile of the respondents. The researchers used a weighted mean to determine the respondents' perception, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was utilized to identify significant differences in the respondents perception regarding on the Engagement and Retention based on their personal profile. The findings regarding the personal profile of the respondents indicate that the majority fall within the age range of 40 years and below, predominantly male, and married in civil status. Additionally, most have attained a college level of education, are in regular employment status, and have a length of service of six to ten years. Moreover, the findings showed that the Engagement and Retention in Binangonan Development Cooperative of Binangonan, Rizal as perceived by the respondents had gained a grand mean of 4.24. Notably, the variable Compensation obtained the first rank with a grand mean of 4.33 and a verbal interpretation of "Strongly Agree". The variables Career Growth ranked next with a grand mean of 4.22 and a verbal interpretation of "Strongly Agree". Lastly, the variable Leadership and Management which ranked last with a grand mean of 4.16 and a verbal interpretation of "Agree". The study further revealed a significant difference in the perception of respondents regarding the variable Compensation based on their age and civil status. Conversely, no significant differences were found in the respondents' perception concerning their sex, educational attainment, monthly salary, years of employment, and status of employment. Regarding on the variable Career Growth there is a significant difference based on their age and monthly salary while in terms of their sex, civil status, educational attainment, years of employment, and status of employment revealed that there is no significant differences. With regards to the variable Leadership and Management it was revealed that there is a significant difference based on their age, civil status, and status of employment while there is no significant difference in terms of their sex, educational attainment, monthly salary, and years of employment. The researchers concluded that Binangonan Development Cooperative fully commits in engagement and retention program in terms of Leadership and Management by assisting employees to their task. The researchers recommend that Binangonan Development Cooperative must continue their engagement and retention strategies to further improve employees' skills and to satisfy and develop employees' allegiance to the company.
