| Summary, etc | This study aimed to know the employees' stress mechanism in coping up to work related pressures during the First Semester of School Year 2015-2016. The respondents of the study were 10 selected Employees in Different Companies. Thedescriptive method utilizing quantitative and qualitative of research wasemployed in this study using guide-questionnaire and interview as the main instruments.<br/><br/>From the gathered findings, the following findings were drawn: Most of the respondents belonged to age bracket 21-30 years old with the frequency of 7 or 70 percent single. They have been working for 2 to 10 years with frequency of 8 r 80 percent. Both Teachers and Account Personnel/ Officer have the highest and the same frequency of 2 or 20.<br/><br/>On the coping mechanism of the employees to work related pressuresinterms of the demands, they said that they tried to meet the day to day target time management and getting familiarized to work by marketing it. In terms of support, the employees revealed that they enjoyed privileges like commendation, trainings all-expense paid, and promotions with their corresponding salary increase. In terms of relationship, the employees let them feel at home by opening communications that concern their work related problems and their opinions to their suggestions<br/><br/>In the light of findings of the study the following conclusions were drawn.<br/><br/>The employee respondents are dominated with single, early adults. professionals and newly employed in their work. Employees employ their own stress mechanisms which they find suitable to their work like time management, recognitions and openness to suggestions.<br/><br/>In the light of findings, the following recommendations hereby presented:<br/><br/>Private companies and government agency should continue to provide the needs of their employees like trainings, seminars, benefits, team buildings & programs relating to their job and also stress mechanism to cope up their stress. To know the stressors they may encounter and to reduce it, to be the employees more productive. Remain open to the opinions and suggestions of the employees to build a harmonious relationship with the workers and to avoid misunderstanding between them because it can cause stressful situations in their work. Employees of the different selected company must have knowledge to the importance of communication and relation to the company to lessen their stress and to be more productive. To know the stress mechanism they may use to improve the situation. The stress mechanisms they may use are planning a day to day target action in work. Time management is also important to fulfill task or responsibilities efficiently and effectively so it's less hassle and less stress. Good communication avoids misunderstanding that causes of tension and stress of the employees. Being Familiarize and mastering the work are their stress mechanism. BSOA Students may use this as their guide and an eye opener to enable thern to manage their stress when it comes to their study. This study wanted to provide enough knowledge to guide and helping them to cope up their stress in academics and becoming more proficient to handle their stress using the stress mechanism in this study. The stress mechanisms they may use are planning a day to day target action in work. Time management is also important to fulfil task or responsibilities efficiently and effectively so it's less hassle and less stress. Good communications avoid misunderstanding that causes of tension and stress of the employees. Being Familiarize and mastering the work are their stress mechanism. Future Researchers may develop and enhance the same study using other possible variables. To encourage the researchers to use the stress mechanism to cope up their stress and pressures in their daily task like time management, day-to-day target, may get social support to their friends. To know that being under pressure within their respective works they may still manage to do their work efficiently because they takes it as a part of their work. Also, the researchers encourage the future researchers to have further study on this research study and gain more respondents regarding to this study.<br/>S |
