520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The primary purpose of this study was to develop game-based activities that can be used in teaching four fundamental operations as supplementary tools in Mathematics for elementary learners. It will help the learners learn and understand the four fundamental operations in a more interesting and engaging way. This also aimed to determine the evaluation of the expert on the developed game-based activities in Mathematics for elementary learners with respect to content, other findings and additional requirements for manipulative. This research was conducted at University of Rizal System Morong – Laboratory School, Tomas Claudio Memorial Elementary School, Caniogan Elementary School, Calero Lanang Elementary School, and Pulong Kumanoy Elementary School during the school year 2023-2024. The study involved fourteen (14) Mathematics teachers who evaluated the develop game-based activities for learners. The game-based activities developed for elementary learners were aimed at improving their understanding of four fundamental operations in Mathematics. The researchers came up with the three concepts to produce Game-based activities, including Fish TAS-tik, Solve and Ladder, and Roll, Race and Relay. This study made use of descriptive-developmental research design utilizing the adopted questionnaire checklist from the Learning Resources Management Development System (LRMDS) to determine the evaluation of the expert on the developed game-based activities in Mathematics for elementary learners. Fourteen (14) Mathematics teachers served as experts, providing feedback on content, other findings, and requirements for manipulatives of the developed game-based activities. The game-based learning activities developed for elementary learners were rated by the experts, revealing a mean score of 4.0 for content, 3.98 for other findings, and 3.97 for additional manipulative requirements. The results revealed high marks across all criteria in the evaluation. These findings suggest that the developed activities can enhance elementary learners' understanding of the four fundamental mathematical operations. The summary of findings yielded the following key conclusions regarding the developed game-based activities for elementary learners: First, the developed game-based activities were successfully developed. Second, the developed game-based activities were evaluated as Very Satisfactory with respect to Content and Additional Requirement for manipulatives; however, with respect to other findings minor errors were present, which needed to be fixed. Lastly, comments and suggestions of the experts described that the material can be used as an enhancement and supplementary tool for elementary learners. The developed materials are relevant and adequate to the topic or lesson and are all creative, useful, colorful, and a big help in addressing the least mastered skills in Mathematics. Moreover, it promotes social interaction and teamwork among the learners, which not only enhances the student’s mathematical skills but also fosters a love for numbers in the learners because the developed materials are very manipulative and can cater to a diverse set of learners.
