520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to design and develop a Solar Powered Air-Cooling Fan to be used by the future HVACR students. It also aimed to evaluate the acceptability of design and effectiveness in terms of functionality, usefulness, portability, safety and maintainability based on the respondents. The study was conducted at University of Rizal System.- Morong Campus during the S.Y 2023 - 2024, The researchers used descriptive and experimental methods in conducting the study. The respondents were grouped into two (2) experts and end- users, composed of two (2) HVACR professor, one (1) electrical professor, eight (8) technicians as experts and twenty (20) Bachelor of Technology students major in Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology as end-users. The Developed Solar Powered Portable Air-Cooling Fan was tested for operations where troubles were observed and revised. Through try out and revisions made, the product reached its functional output and attained its objectives. The developed product was evaluated and very much accepted by the two (2) groups of respondents in terms of design, functionality, usefulness, portability, safety and maintainability. The researchers utilized the researchers made questionnaire checklist in evaluating the acceptability of the developed product. The Developed Solar Powered Portable Air-Cooling Fan was designed and constructed out of buying in online shop applications and locally available material; The Developed Solar Powered Portable Air-Cooling Fan was very much accepted as evaluated by the experts and end-users in terms of design, functionality, usefulness, portability, safety and maintainability the assumption that determined the thesis on the evaluation made by the two group of respondents is very much accepted. Based on the findings and conclusion, the recommendations were hereby offered: First, the aluminum plate should be added to maximize cooling. Second should be improved the durability of the unit. Third, the wiring connection should be organize to easy to analyze where it is connected. Fourth, we need a higher battery current should be used to prolong time. Fifth, we need to improved a cooling capacity of the unit. Sixth, is installed as cooling indicator to monitor the cooling temperature of the unit. Seventh installing measuring tools to test the temperature of the project.
