Summary, etc. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study assessed the Manipulative Learning Package designed for learners with intellectual disabilities at Morong National High School, Mariano C. San Juan Elementary School, and Binangonan Elementary School. The package consisted of soft fabric and cotton-based materials, making them safer for learners with special needs. These instructional tools, which included shapes, numbers, alphabets, and colors (SNAC), were specifically chosen to enhance their cognitive skills while ensuring the safety and well-being of the learners. The aim of the study was to determine the acceptability of the Manipulative Learning Package for learners with special needs. Using developmental and descriptive research methodologies, the data was collected from 10 respondents from the respective chosen schools. The data was then tallied, computed, tabulated, interpreted, and analyzed to assess the acceptability of the manipulative learning package. Based on the data, the Manipulative Learning Package was found to be "Very Satisfactory," indicating it was highly acceptable. This conclusion was drawn from evaluations of various factors, including content, format, presentation and organization, and accuracy and up-to-datedness. The content received a mean score of 3.9, the format scored 3.78, and presentation and organization were rated at 3.85 all interpreted as "Very Satisfactory." Accuracy and up-to-datedness achieved a mean score of 3.92 but were noted as "Not Present." While the Manipulative Learning Package was highly rated overall, expert feedback suggested areas for improvement. Recommendations included using larger, legible fonts, considering the physical attributes and sensory needs of learners, and incorporating bright colors and clear imagery. These adjustments aimed to further enhance the package's effectiveness in meeting the diverse needs of learners with special needs. These findings suggested that the specialized instructional materials could significantly enhance the learning experience for learners with special needs.
