Summary, etc. This study focused on the acceptability of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish Church as a new pilgrimage destination in Antipolo City. It was conducted during the School Year 2014-2015. The researchers applied the descriptive method of research with the use of questionnaire checklist as the primary instrument in gathering the data. This study employ fifty (50) respondents composed of 50 residents and 50 non-residents of Antipolo City. Systematic random sampling was used to gather the respondents. Variables such as maintenance, physical attributes, amenities and services and location were considered. The result was aided with the use of appropriate statistical tools such as frequency, percentage, rank distribution, mean, standard deviation and one way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The findings revealed that base on the profile of the respondents, majority are fernale, single, both residents and non-residents, and 26-40 years old. The respondents perceived Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish Church being a new pilgrimage destination as very much acceptable with respect to its maintenance, physical attributes, amenities, and location. The result also revealed that the respondents' age, gender, type of residence and civil status has nothing to do with their perception on Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish Church as new pilgrimage. Based on the aforementioned findings, the following recommendations are offered: The Management of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish Church may solicit assistance to the City Government of Antipolo; the Church may provide more mass schedule that will make devotees and visitors will accommodate in different time of availability, in terms of location, the Church may provide large space of parking area that is enough to accommodate the vehicle of the visitors, the Government of Antipolo and the management of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish Church may provide website which includes all the information and activities of the Church; and the Church may continue to preserve its modemized architectural design for it is one of the reasons why people are attracted to visit the place.
