Summary, etc This research focused on investigating the perceptions of the stakeholders' parents, teachers, and school officials on the assignment of homework to Grade 4 pupils of Southville 8. This research aims to delve into the stakeholders insights regarding the homework practices for Grade 4 students in Southville 8. By understanding the perspectives of parents, teachers, and students, this study seeks to identify potential challenges and areas for improvement in the current homework system. Educational experience for Grade 4 students while aligning with the school's educational goals and the well-being of its learners. The researcher used a qualitative research design, and the researchers interviewed and engaged in focus group discussions to elicit meaningful views on the role, advantages, and disadvantages of homework. The participants had mixed views, with some perceiving homework as an essential reinforcement of learning in class and a means of instilling responsibility, and others complaining of the added workload it impose on young learners, particularly those who come from less supportive home backgrounds. Qualitative techniques, such as interviewing and open-ended questionnaires, were employed in investigating individual feelings, problems, coping mechanisms, and preferences. In integrating both, the study aimed to be able to incorporate the views of parents, educators, and pupils; this research hopes to know some possible weaknesses and areas where improvements can be made in today's homeworking system. Ultimately, the aim is to optimize homework assignments to promote an overall better educational experience for Grade 4 pupils while being consistent with the aims of the education of the school and the welfare of its students.

The researchers recommend that students participate in class discussions and consult teachers, parents, and peers when they are working on homework. Parents must support them and remain connected with teachers and administrators. Teachers should sustain best practices and develop systems of regular feedback to assess the homework habits of their students. Future researchers must study how various dimensions of assignment scope affect the learning achievements of students and the opinions of stakeholders from various perspectives.
