Summary, etc This research aimed to determine the employment status of Bachelor Secondary Education Graduates of University of Rizal System Rodriguez. It consisted of 186 graduates from the graduates of Bachelor of Secondary Education in the University of Rizal System Rodriguez 2009-2014. In terms of civil status out of 186 respondents, 150 or 80.65 percent are single and 36 or 19.35 percent are married. In terms of sex it shows that most of the respondents are female which at 116 or 62.37 percent and 70 or 37.63 percent are the male. In terms of Field of Specialization (major), out of 186 graduates, 35or 18.82 percent are Science major, 46or 24.73 percent are Mathermatics major, 17 or 9.14 percent are English major, 21 or 11.29 percent are Filipino major, 35 or 18.82 percent are Social studies major, and 2 or 1.08 percent are Physical Education major. The type of school where they were hired, public got the frequency of 110 with 59.14 percent while the private got the frequency of 75 with 40.32 percent and unemployed got the frequency of 1 with 0.54 percent. The nature of work revealed that teacher got a frequency of 172 with 92.47 percent, call center agent with of 6 or 3.23 percent; while tutorial got a frequency of 2 with 1.08 percent, registrar office personnel, interfile trading, cashier, company secretary, customer service representative and unemployed got the same frequency of 1 with 0.54 percent. One hundred two or 54.84 percent of the BSE graduates were permanently employed while 43.54 were contractual; 1.08 percent were self-employed with 0.54 percent unemployed. Most of the graduates in terms of income (monthly salary), were within the bracket 15,000-20,000 at 55.30 percent, 2nd in rank were those who earned 6,000-10,000 at 29.03 percent, 3rd in rank were those who earned 10,000-15,000 at 10.22 percent, fourth in rank were those who earned below 5,000 at 2.69 percent, and ranked fifth were those who earned within 20,000-25,000 at 2.15 percent and one earned with 30,000 above at 0.54 percent.<br/><br/>Based on the findings, the researchers arrived with the following conclusions: Based on the findings, the researchers arrived at the following conclusions: In terms of Profile of the respondents: Majority of the respondents are female. There was a higher number of single respondents. Most of the respondents are BSE major in Mathematics. Majority of the respondents have<br/><br/>passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers and are now Eligible. And conclude that only three respondents are pursuing their Masteral Degree. The three respondents who are pursuing Master's Degree is an indication that they are career oriented and geared toward professional advancement. In terms of Employment Profile: Most of the respondents are permanently employed in public schools and which implies that they have sufficient income to support themselves and their family. The curricular offering of the university is then responsive to the professional direction of the respondents.<br/><br/>Based on the findings and condusions the following recommendations are offered.<br/><br/>The Commission on Higher on Education (CHED), should pursue all the graduate to take professional examinations for them to be able to land to an eligible type of job and to heighten its mandate to regulate and supervise the practice of the professionals who constitute the highly skilled manpower of the country.<br/><br/>University Of Rizal System, to organize seminars, symposium, lectures and trainings to the graduating students of the university focusing in finding jobs after college and through channelling to other departments of the government and other companies for helping the graduates finding their jobs after graduation.<br/><br/>The parents should fully support their children from studying in their bachelor's degree up to finding their careers after graduation.<br/>You sent<br/>The graduates should aim for reaching higher job position in their respective jobs, for them to be able to be honored that they are competing in the world of professionals' with excellence.<br/><br/>The future researchers of the same study should have all the drive to trace the graduates in timely and systematically manner for them to arrive in a very satisfactory result.
