Summary, etc. This study primarily aimed to develop and use the validated Shorthand Transcription Questionnaire for fourth-year Bachelor of Science in Office Administration Students Specifically, it sought to answer the profile of the respondents in terms of age and sex; shorthand to longhand transcription, taking dictation and transcribing the dictated shorthand to longhand; System Usability Scale checklist; and, findings of what shorthand transcription questionnaire may be proposed. The study was conducted at the University of Rizal System Binangonan Campus in the year 2022-2023 school year. The research study that was conducted answered that not all of the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration fourth-year students passed the shorthand transcription questionnaire contrary to the researchers' assumption that all the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration fourth-year students will pass the shorthand transcription questionnaire and to give the final result, the variables were tested with corresponding statistical treatments such as frequency. percentage, rank distribution, and weighted mean. The researchers used descriptive research to test and analyze research instruments and methods in this study. The major respondents of the study were the forty-four (44) fourth-year students but there are only twenty-five (25) respondents present at the time or 57 percent of the total population and used a purposive sampling technique from which the researcher gathered the information through the gathered shorthand transcription questionnaire and system usability checklist that was validated by the seven (7) professionals with specialization in shorthand. The findings of the study indicated that the majority of the respondents were 22-23 years old and the majority were female; Almost all of the respondents passed the written transcription of the shorthand questionnaire, almost all the respondents passed the written dictation and almost all the respondents passed the longhand transcription of the dictated shorthand transcription questionnaire: Almost all the respondents agreed on the level of usability of the developed and validated shorthand transcription questionnaire. The following conclusions were based on the findings presented above: The researchers concluded that not all fourth-year Bachelor of Science in Office Administration students passed the Shorthand Transcription Questionnaire. The researchers discovered that fourth-year students majoring in office administration have a high percentage of passing shorthand transcription to longhand with 2.44, 2.23, and 2.45 while taking dictation has a sharp drop in percentage rate with 2.76, 2.83, and 2.72; however, the percentage for transcribing dictated shorthand transcription to longhand has slightly increased with 2.50, 2.50 and 2.31 that only falls on satisfactory given the fact that stenography is a major subject which only means that students need to develop their shorthand skills in transcribing a shorthand to longhand and taking dictation to master and excel in stenography. Additionally, the usability of the developed shorthand transcription questionnaire could be useful to be used by the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration students from which it can definitely gauge the knowledge and skills of every student when it comes to Shorthand. Lastly, the third set has the greatest passing rate which could only mean that they find the set 3 questionnaire to be easy compared to the other set The following recommendations were derived from the summary of findings and conclusions: The researchers recommended that the developed and validated shorthand questionnaire be taken by all the graduating students to gauge their knowledge and skills in shorthand before they graduate, The program head may consider improving the curriculum and adding a subject about developing shorthand skills, It is also suggested that the professor should focus on developing the student's skills in writing the proper shorthand stoke, and Lastly, continuous research on developing the skills of a Bachelor of Science in Office Administration, students may be interviewed using different variables that will target and utilize the knowledge and skills of Office Administration students.
