Management Feasibility The proponents of the business are Glorietta P. Asibal and Sharmaine Krisha V. Cordial, who are the industrialist-capitalist partners. The name of the business will be Happy Wheels Carwash and Detailing Services and there will be 6 personnel: the manager, the four attendants and one detailer. The business will be managed by a manager who qualified for having good accounting skills and knowledgeable in financial aspect of the business. The manager is in-charge in planning, organizing, staffing, leading or directing, and forecasting of future trends, responsible for the preparation of financial statements and in dealing with the queries of the customers. The attendants should be knowledgeable in using a variety of car cleaning materials and products, while the detailer candidate must possess at least vocational diploma in related field. Both the attendant and detailer shall assist and render the service to the customers. Marketing Feasibility The target market will be composed of public and private owners of vehicles in Barangay Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal. Walk-in customers will also be considered as prospective target market. The business offers basic vehicle wash, and the detailing services includes mat shampoo, wheel polish, high speed buffing, headlight restoration, express polish, express seat treatment, express interior super clean, express carpet deep cleanse, and ozone treatment. To ensure marketability of the services, a market survey was conducted. Based on the gathered data, eighty percent (80%) of respondents revealed that they are willing to avail the services offered. The projected annual income is PhP3,387,600.00. Technical Feasibility The plant layout of the proposed business is ample which allots an area that can occupy four cars for the carwash and one vehicle for the detailing service. The machinery and equipment needed for carwash and detailing services are appropriately placed. Also, waiting areas are provided for customers with two comfort rooms for ladies and gentlemen. A small office for the manager was provided that will also serve as payment area. The location of the proposed business will be at Purok 2, Marcos Highway, Barangay Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal. The business will operate from Tuesday until Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Lunch breaks will be taken by the attendants by shift since the main priority of the business is to provide prompt and efficient service even during lunch time. Financial Feasibility The initial capital requirement amounted to PhP300,875.65 which constitutes all the necessary expenses for the month such as permits and licenses, purchase of machineries and equipment, furniture and tools, and the cost of materials needed for the renovation of the area in the preparation of the business. The total contribution of PhP1,800,000.00 of the business for the first two months was the basis of the capital contribution. From the provision of the services, the proponents of the business will have an average annual income of PhP 1,725,146.88 for 5 years. The average liquidity ratio is 3.73 which implies that for every 1 peso of current liability, the business has PhP3.73 current assets to pay for it. This result may be considered favourable and satisfactory since it indicate that the business is able to pay its maturing debts with PhP2.73 spare for the liability they have. The average profitability ratio for 5 years is 0.17 which can be interpreted to mean that for every 1 peso asset used by the business to generate revenue, it yielded to PhP0.17 of net income. It gauges the profitability of the firm in the use of the total assets or total liabilities and total owners' equity. The cash payback period is 1.04 or 1 year, 1 month and 14 days. This means that the proposed business can recover its investments with in the period of 1 year. The average annual income is PhP1,725,146.88 for 5 years. Socio-Economic Feasibility The business aims to help the community and the people with employment by creating job opportunities to individuals during the pre-operation and the operation period, thus helping the community alleviate unemployment issues. Its objective also carry plans of being able to reach not just possible target market but also the people who are not financially capable of availing the services that the business offers. CONCLUSION TO FEASIBILITY Based from the market research conducted and a continuous increase of rate return in partner's equity every year as shown in the financial analysis of the study, it can therefore be concluded that Happy Wheel Carwash and Detailing Services is definitely feasible and viable in the market.
