Management and Personnel Feasibility The business in order to legally operate must pay the necessary fees to the government offices as required. The total amount to be paid includes PhP2,120.00 registration fee to the Securities and Exchange Commission, PhP3,370.00 registration fee to the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and PhP2,950.00 to the Local Government Unit. There will only be twelve (12) personnel: One (1) manager that will also act as the cashier, seven (7) therapists, three (3) manicurist and pedicurists, and one (1) utility. Verdant Hills Reflexology and Spa will open every Monday to Sunday from 1:00pm to 12mn. There will be shifting of rest day for the employees. The monthly salaries of employees are PhP100,483.00 and the monthly employer's contribution PhP11,613.00. Marketing Feasibility Verdant Hills Reflexology and Spa will give quality service at reasonable fees to the prospective customers to satisfy their needs and wants and to help the clients to relax and escape from the stress. Base on the survey conducted, 88 (73.34%) out of 120 are not satisfied with the service provided by the existing spa here in Brgy. Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal and out of that 88 (73.34%) unsatisfied clients, 78 (89.77%) are willing to avail the services offered by Verdant Hills Reflexology and Spa. The primary target market of the business will be the male and female, soldiers, teachers, housewives and all persons that is longing for a massage and relaxation and capable of availing the service. The business will offer high quality of service which is the different kind of massage for the said target market. Technical Feasibility The Verdant Hills Reflexology and Spa shall have unique combination of service, location, and a client centered firm. Verdant Hills will provide quality, dependable massage service. The client can expect good accommodation and quality service for the satisfaction of the clients. Verdant Hills has an innovative training program that is extensive in its depth, properly training employee to provide a high level of customer service to ensure a high rate of return clients. Verdant Hills Reflexology and Spa have two kinds of services being offered: first is walk-in service, which are the clients go directly to the said spa and the second one is the home service, where the clients can set appointments to make reservation. Financial Feasibility The initial capital requirement of the project is PhP1,900,000.00 and the source of fund will be shared equally by the proponents. Each partner contributes PhP475,000.00. Financial assumption was made and used as the basis of financial statements. The net income of the business in the first year of operation will be PhP806,456.13 and shall increase in the succeeding years. The total net income of the business for five years will be PhP6,124,022.43. The payback period of the business is one (1) year and seven (7) months, with continuous operation. Socio-Economic Feasibility The business aims to be known and recognized as an institution that provides quality and affordable services to the people in Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal. Just like any other business it also aims to be profitable. Nevertheless, Verdant Hills Reflexology and Spa does not focus on profitability alone but also aims to be socio-economic friendly as well. Hence, the researcher aims to ensure the business operate legally the proponents secure necessary permits, appropriate government taxes, benefits to the people as well as the community. CONCLUSIONS TO FEASIBILITY Based from the facts and data presented that the Profit Sale Ratio of 0.06 signifies that every Php 1.00 service fee/charge and shall fluctuate yearly return on Asset (ROA) is 0.27; Return on Equity (ROE) is 0.31 and Return on Investment (ROI) is 0.45 during the first year of operation. The researchers concluded that establishing Verdant Hills Reflexology and Spa in Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal is feasible.
