Management and Personnel Feasibility. The proponents of this project are Rea Mariel Ambagan, Jan Pielle Nagales, Jenner Rosario and Reniel Mason who will act as the capitalist/industrialist partners while the investor is Mrs Marieta D Ambagan who will act as capitalist partner. The proponents agreed to form a partnership with an equal capital contribution and percentage of ownership to start and operate the business. To start the renovation of the building for the business operation, the proponents will hire laborers to meet the necessary requirements of the business. There will be a line type of organization composing of three (3) The store is open between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm from Wednesday to Sunday. The total salary of the personnel will be PhP30,000.00. Marketing Feasibility The Comfort Zone footwear shop will provide quality product at reasonable prices to the prospective customers to satisfy their needs and wants. The business will be employing an initial of three (3) personnel. There will be one manager who will oversee all the operation of the business and two person, who are in charge of the sale. Based on the survey conducted, 107 out of 120 (89.16%) are not satisfied with the service provided by the other footwear store and out of that unsatisfied clients, 96 out of 107 (89.68.%) are willing to avail the services offered by Comfort Zone. The target market of the business will be classified individuals like soldiers, teachers, and housewives. The business will offer also high quality of products for private individuals. Technical Feasibility The Comfort Zone will provide high quality footwear in Barangay Sampaloc Tanay, Rizal by acquiring products from Marikina and Laguna. The business offers different kinds of footwear. In order to meet the needs of the clients, the business will operate from 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon from Wednesday to Sunday. The employees will have a rest day of Monday and Tuesday because Saturday and Sunday is the best day for the costumer to buy footwear. The proponents will rent the building for PhP3,500.00 every month and will be renovated. The renovation expenses will be deducted from the monthly rent as agreed upon by the lessor and lessee. Financial Feasibility The initial capital requirement of the project is PhP 319,056.12 and the source of fund will be shared equally by proponents. Each partner contributes PhP480,000.00. Financial assumptions were made and used as bases of financial statements. The net income of the business in the first year of operation will be PhP 813,456.65 and shall increase in the succeeding years. The cash payback period of the business is two (2) years and four (4) months with continuous operation. Socio-Economic Feasibility The business aims to be known and recognized as an institution that provides quality and affordable footwear to the people of Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal. Just like any other business, it also aims to be profitable but also aims to be socio-economically friendly as well. Its objective also carries plans of being able to reach not just the possible target market but also people who are not financially capable of availing the product that the business offer. Conclusions to Feasibility Based on the facts and data presented, together with the financial and profitability ratio of 0.19 in return of investment which implies that for every Php1.00 of investment, 0.23 pesos will be earn the researchers therefore concluded that establishing The Comfort Zone in Barangay Sampaloc Tanay, Rizal is feasible.
