The proponents of this proposal project are Arnold Basa, Joemarie Buenafe, and Jeffrey Sabangan, who will act as Capitalist/Industrialist Partners. The advocates agreed to act as Capitalist/Industrialist Partners with equal capital contribution and percentage of ownership to start and operate the business. To renovate the space provided for the business operation, the advocates will hire two (2) laborers to meet the demand requirements of the business. Before the actual opening of the business, they will initiate a promotional activity to launch the business using poster, tarpaulin, sign board, and fliers to catch the awareness acquire machinery and equipment, buy bikes and its accessories, hire and train workers and register to the government to lawfully start the business. It opens from Tuesday to Sunday from 7 am to 5 pm. Marketing is a human activity that's is involved in making people aware of an company's products. It can also be defined as the process or technique of planning promoting selling and distributing the services or products to meet the needs or wants of the consumers. The target market will be the bike enthusiast and professional bikers. Based on the survey conducted, there is a need of bikes in Barangay Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal. JAJ Bicycle Renting Shop should be handled cater services truthfully and productivity that will be beneficial to the target market and also for the benefit of the business. Knowledge, combined with planning, preparation, practice and common sense are the keys to having fun, but in the end all of these are useless without proper, safe and reliable equipment and gears. JAJ Bicycle Renting Shop offers high quality products and services to the prospective customers to satisfy their needs and wants and to be their most reliable shop in providing durable yet cheap accessories. The initial capital of the project is PhP636,402.42 and the source of fund will be the capitalization of the partners. Each partner will contribute their share. Financial assumption were made and used as the basis of financial statements. The net income of the business in the first year of operation will be PhP864,098.08 and shall increase in the succeeding years. JAJ Bicycle Renting Shop will provide quality, durable, hygienic and affordable products and services in terms of bike equipment. Conclusion to Feasibility Based from the facts and data presented, and together with projected financial statement and financial ration analysis, the researchers concluded that establishing JAJ Bicycle Renting Shop in Barangay Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal is feasible. Also, the total investment which amounted to PhP2,200,000.00 is expected to earn an annual profit of PhP1,496,997.60. Thus, the computed cash payback period of 2 years and 10 days feasible.
