Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Technology major in Electrical Technology) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This study entitled Portable Electrical Power Supply aimed to develop and construct the Portable Electrical Power Supply which can be used in industrial work. Specifically, it aimed to design and construct the Portable Electrical Power Supply out of locally available materials, perform try-out and revision, evaluate the acceptability of the project in terms of Functionality, Accuracy, Durability and Safety and Maintenance and test the significant difference of the evaluation made by the Expert and students. The researchers utilized the research instrument or evaluation sheet to determine the acceptability of the developed Remote Portable Electrical Power Supply. The experts were the electrical/electronics technology instructors of the college of industrial technology and they validated the research instrument. The respondents provided pertinent information crucial to the completion of this study. The results were tallied and computed for the acceptability of the project. The first group were (10) experts who have knowledge, skills and understanding on electrical and electronics operations, the other forty (40) students who had already taken ET-8 (Electric Power Production and Distribution). They were chosen using purposive sampling technique. The statistical treatment used were the mean and the independent T-test. The T-test was used to test it there is any significant difference on the perception of the end user. On the acceptability of the developed portable electrical power supply in terms of functionality, accuracy, durability and safety and maintenance, it was excellent as evaluated by the experts and students. The acceptability of portable electrical power supple in terms of functionality, accuracy, durability and safety and maintenance, were found significant on the level of acceptability of the project as perceived by the experts and students. It was recommended that make it much portable in terms of its size and provide voltage regulator to make consistent voltage output.
