Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Mathematics) -- University of Rizal System-Morong.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study entitled Linear Trend Forecasting Model of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Graduates Shifting to Teaching Profession was conducted at the University of Rizal System-Morong, Rizal during the Academic year 2015-2016. The purpose of the study was to analyze the Bachelor of Science in Mathematics graduated in shifting to teaching profession. The researchers used the university's registrar to gather data about the graduates of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in University of Rizal System-Morong. From the data gathered, the researchers were able to analyze the Bachelor of Science in Mathematics graduated in the year 2010-2015. The researchers used the forecasting time series model and linear regression to see if the Bachelor of Science in Mathematics graduates is increasing or decreasing its number of graduates and percentage of graduate that shifts to teaching profession per year. From the analysis of findings, the researchers found out that the number of graduates and percentage of graduates that shifts to teaching profession is increasing.
