This study aimed to determine the managerial capability of selected Mang Inasa. restaurants in Rizal as perceived by the employee. It was conducted during the second semester of school year 2011-2012
The subjects of the study were one hundred (100) employees of four selected branches of Mang Inasal restaurants in Rizal
This study utilized the descriptive method in describing the managerial capability of selected Mang Inasal restaurants in Rizal. The descriptive method of research is a fact finding study with adequate and accurate interpretation of objective
The results were tallied, computed and interpreted using the appropriate statistical treatment. Frequency, percentage distribution and ranking were used to determine the profile of respondents in terms of sex, age, position, civil status, and length of service. Mean was used to determine the managerial capability of selected Mang Inasal restaurants in Rizal as perceived by the employees. One way ANOVA was used to determine the significant difference between the managerial capability and the profile of the respondents.
