The project production site for chili pepper production and sweet potato was in the upland area so management was easy where the OIP student can still attend classes regularly. The project was established in a five thousand (5,000) sq m. (50m x 100m) for chili pepper production and five thousand (5,000) sq m. (50m x 100m) for sweet potato. Both chili pepper and sweet potato last in a duration of six (6) months. The implementation for chili pepper was started last June 6, 2018 and was extended up to January 4, 2019, while sweet potato production started on in July 4, 2018 up to December 21, 2018. The computed income statement of Chili Pepper Production entailed a gross sale of sixty thousand three hundred seventy five pesos (Php60, 375.00) and total expenses of forty five thousand fifty two pesos and twenty five centavos (Php45, 052.25). It registered also a net income of fifteen thousand three hundred twenty two pesos and seventy five centavos (Php15, 322.75) and a return of investment (ROI) of thirty four and one percent (34.01%). The sweet potato production obtained a gross sale of sixty thousand pesos (Php60, 000.00). It has total expenses of twenty six thousand seven hundred eight pesos and thirty two centavos (Php26, 708.32) and a return of investment of one hundred twenty four and sixty five percent (124.65%). The income statement of the chili pepper production incurred a total gross sales of sixty thousand three hundred seventy five pesos (Php60,375.00). the total interest of one thousand twenty seven pesos and twenty five centavos (Php1,027.25), with the total expenses of forty five thousand fifty two pesos and twenty five centavos (Php45,052.25), a net income of fifteen thousand three hundred twenty two pesos and seventy five centavos (Php15,322.75) were all registered. The income statement for sweet potato production was sixty thousand pesos (Php60, 000.00). It obtained a total expenses of twenty six thousand seven hundred eight pesos and thirty two centavos (Php26, 708.32), a net income of thirty three thousand two hundred ninety one pesos and sixty eight centavos (Php33, 291.68).
